Want to know how much a corridor non-profit took in or how much of their money was spent on programming? This database contains information on most organizations receiving United Way funding in Linn or Johnson counties and also includes other major non-profit organizations in the area.

You do not need to fill in all fields to perform a search. Simply clicking search will reveal all organizations in the database.

Information appearing here comes from the IRS Form 990s. The Form 990 is an annual report that certain tax-exempt organizations must file with the IRS. The form contains details on the organization’s finances, programs and mission statement.

Percentage calculations involving the percentage of expenditures spent on programming, administrative costs, fundraising and affiliated were calculated by The Gazette, using information supplied on the Form 990. Information about volunteer hours and clients served (when applicable) was collected through phone calls to each agency.
